How long will my flowers last?
With proper care, most of our arrangements are designed to last between 5 and 7 days. We include a care card with every order, advising on trimming, watering, and placement to maximize their lifespan.
Can I include a personal message with my order?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter a complimentary, personalized message to be included on a small card with the flowers.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by browsing our collections, selecting your desired item, adding it to your cart, and proceeding through our secure checkout.
Can I customize a bouquet or arrangement?
You can browse our range of pre-designed options on the website. For corporate bulk orders or highly customized arrangements, please contact our customer service team directly at contact@centuryflower.co to discuss your specific needs.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Changes to an order can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once an order has been accepted and processed, cancellations are not allowed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. Delivery
Where do you deliver?
You can check if we deliver to a specific address by entering the zip/postal code on the checkout page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary based on the distance from our shop. The exact delivery charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process after you enter the delivery address.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12PM local time. Availability is subject to stock and delivery route capacity.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We can only guarantee a delivery date, not a specific time. All deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
What if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
We will first attempt to contact the recipient or the sender.
- If contact is unsuccessful, the flowers will be left in a safe, shaded location (e.g., with a neighbor or by the front door) if the weather permits. We will leave a note and send an email confirmation.
- If flowers are not allowed to be left at the premises and the recipient is unavailable, the order will be returned to our shop. You will be responsible for picking up the order during our business hours.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard. We also accept payments via FPX, GrabPay, ShopeePay and Atome.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. Our website uses secure SSL encryption technology to protect your payment details. We do not store your credit card information after the transaction is complete.
Will I receive a receipt for my order?
Yes, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email, followed by a separate email containing your detailed receipt and invoice once your payment has been successfully processed.
