No Returns Accepted

All goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances such as damage incurred during transit or delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under specific conditions and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order. Proof is required (clear photos or videos).

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  1. Bud Rot – Flowers arrive with bud rot.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Dehydrated Flowers – Slight dehydration can occur during transit. Flowers can usually be revived by following the provided care instructions.

  2. Change of Mind – Personal preferences or decisions after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 24 hours with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
